The Cyprus Society of Vascular & Endovascular Surgery (CSVES) participated in co-organising the International Congress of the Cyprus Resuscitation Council (KY.S.AN.), entitled: «Looking to the Future of Resuscitation – New ERC Guidelines 2025», held on 23–24 January 2026 at the St. Raphael Resort & Marina in Limassol.
International Scientific Standing and Interdisciplinary Collaboration
The congress hosted internationally renowned figures, official speakers and researchers actively involved in drafting the new European Resuscitation Council (ERC) Guidelines. It was held in collaboration with:
- Paediatric Society of Cyprus
- Pulmonology Society of Cyprus
- Cardiology Society of Cyprus
- Cyprus Society of Intensive Care
- Cyprus Society of Vascular & Endovascular Surgery
New ERC Guidelines 2025
The central focus was the presentation and in-depth analysis of the new ERC Guidelines 2025, published in October 2025.
Practical Workshops
For the first time, workshops were held on topics including:
- Management of the difficult airway in children and adults
- Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS)
- ECG recognition and assessment
- Paediatric Basic Life Support
