From 1990 recognition at Nicosia General Hospital to hybrid OR care today.
Evolution of Vascular Surgery
Recognition as an independent specialty in the public health system at Nicosia General Hospital.
Endovascular Transition
Introduction of first minimally invasive techniques and endovascular aneurysm repairs.
Founding of CSVES
Establishment of the Cyprus Society of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery (ΚΕΑΕΧ/CSVES).
Clinic Established
Creation of the independent Vascular Surgery Clinic at Nicosia General Hospital in June.
